That's not my mystery signal. Mine is rock stable for freq. I just checked 
out the records from this morning and she made the strongest showing at 
around 7:30am and then dropped out totally. Isn't that a bit late in the 
morning for the typical diurnal event? The modulation is real strange - the 
signal doesn't turn completely off. No FM.
