Something I have just noticed

sometime ago in QST there was an article for a resonance coupled
multi band antenna. This was where a driven element excited
additional segments harmonically related.

I have noticed that the new multi band vertical Trap antenna located
about
20 Ft from my 160 L , will show up on my MFJ analyzer when I connect it
to the L
you can see the all band antenna influence the 160 meter antenna.
this isnt the harmonic relation of the L itself

given a 50 Ft vertical at 180 kHz along side a much bigger resonate 180
kHz
antenna what would happen  ??
if anything
would it be legal within the FCC part 15
would it be legal from a Lofer standpoint
would it work at all  


or am I just plain nuts and shouldn't analyze antennas with a bottle of
Cabernet close by
