Hi, Kurt,

The Epson programmable oscillator is one-time programmable.  It is 
programmed at the supply house (not the factory) to your specs.  So when 
you order it (them :) you tell 'em what you want.

You specify details about the oscillator actually within the part #, like 
if you want output enable or on off keying, etc.  There are instructions 
on the catalog page in the online DigiKey catalog that tell just how to 
order the thing.  

They are programmable so that there is a single device they can sell for 
you to order in any frequency within its range, to the Hz.

When I order 'em, I give the part # like it says on the catalog page, 
and specify the frequency next to it.  Last time I bought them from 
DigiKey they were 3.33.
