[Lowfer] SJ WMS and MBD

Got copy on all three last night. SJ and MBD not great but MBD
in for several hours. Still work to do on being a better receiving
station. 
Current receive set up is IC756PROIII direct to 270 OCF at 50'
nothing else in the mix.
