Do you need help running the list?  I've run forums since BBS days, 
Yahoo, Delphi, Crystal Pines, a few private forums over the years, and 
own/co-moderate several on groups.io.

I've not dabbled with qth.net, but I don't imagine it's too difficult 
from what I've seen/heard over the years.

There isn't a lot of traffic, so I don't expect activity to be 
overwhelming, but it may help to have a second set of eyes on things.

I typically check email several times per day, so nothing would be in 
limbo too long.
