[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG on the air

Lowfer TAG, in Raymond, ME (FN43sv), is back on the air until the 
spring. Frequency is unchanged at 185.302 kHz, and no mods have been 
made in the 1 watt setup. Mode is QRSS60, CW with 60 second dots. TAG 
spends its winters in a very cold unheated basement, with only the 
occasional mouse as company. The exciter was a bit balky starting up 
today, so my fingers are crossed.

TAG's frequency of 185.302 kHz is pretty exact. I'll check it later this 
week from my home QTH, but it should be within 0.02 Hz, if experience 
applies. The frequency is controlled by a 10 MHz proportional-oven 
crystal oscillator.
