[Lowfer] Test - Disregard, probably...

H Gedas,

Yes, JA is correct about the list being out-of-date. Actually, as I
noted in The LOWDOWN earlier this summer, this season marks the first
time in over 50 years that ABSOLUTELY NOBODY has been active under Part
15 on 1750 Meters!

i have to confess, myself, to being shocked at how outdated the online
list turns out to be right now. A major site reorganization is is soon
to be scheduled, but general lack of evident interest and/or feedback
online has been kind of dismotivational. The print publication receives
far more member participation of late, and thus has received a
disproportionate share of my increasingly age-limited attention,
including bi-monthly updates that don't seem to be making their onto the
'net. Sorry about that.

BTW, please forgive a quick promotional announcement, but trust me...you
won't ant to miss the September-October issue! No matter whether you're
just not a joiner, or think you've "outgrown" the "old-timey" LWCA, or
are on a fixed income and fear dues increases, or whatever reason, I
guarantee you'll kick yourself if you miss the next few LOWDOWN issues
in particular! Take advantage of our $15 annual rate for email delivery
if you have doubts, but get signed up right away! We've had a lot of
unique content lately already, yet this next issue features an EXCLUSIVE
construction project that outperforms anything I've seen elsewhere thus
far. It's about the easiest way one could ever want to turn their TS-590
or IC7300 into a full-featured 630-meter transceiver. Relatively low
component count, affordable active devices, incredibly clean output,
unconditional thermal stability--what's not to love?

73,
JD
