Dubya is due to visit Florida today.
It is 1:40pm EDT (1740z) and SAM 60403 landed at Patrick AFB two minutes
ago. This Gulfstream III plane (#86-0403) has served as the back-up plane
for Air Force 1 four times in the past during POTUS visits to Florida. A good
guess is that it is serving that purpose today.
