weak/mostly readable) bcsting a 227-character EAM (IOLY5N) preceding 
OFFUTT's 1607z HFGCS bcst of same, with nothing heard on 8992.0, 6697.0 or 
13155.0.

      11244.0 was active at 1609z with an unknown player (id covered by 
OFFUTT) bcsting a 28-character EAM (K6BRAV maybe) preceding OFFUTT's 1621z 
HFGCS bcst of same.
