[MilCom] BLUE 12 flight

BLUE 13 was late taking off and BLUE 12 w/fighters
held E of ACK on 50mi legs waiting for him to join.

I never heard a c/s for the fighters, but one had a
tail #843 and they were again using 138.15 for A2A.
