     15016.0 was active at 2050z with an unknown player (heard briefly
at very weak levels with EAM but dropped into the noise floor for most
the bcst) bcsting the 32-character 65DKRM with nothing heard on
11175.0, 8992.0 or 4724.0.  H+20/h+50 activity.  Suspected TACAMO PAC.
