climbing out of RENO, NV airport and then flying eastbound.]

[The restoral session below is interesting because it begins around 0800
PDT, a "morning" session, when over the recent  past these sessions are
afternoon and early night sessions. The session also contained multiple SE
strings; and the session lasted 4 hours instead of a "normal" 2."  They
were up to something.  It's also midsummer exercise season.]
