traffic from "CHOP 12" (sounds like; probably something else); HIFI 14
(presumed tanker; active at 1706z passing a message to SKYMASTER

ELECTIVE (PAC) taking traffic from at least BARTO 11 and something13.
Hearing something "new" (to me) from the SKYMASTER birds: 1644z: DEDICATE
call out to BARTO 11: "Standing by for traffic." 1647z: DIDICATE: "LAST
CALLER, THIS IS DEDICATE STANDING BY FOR TRAFFIC."

>From 1652z the NCS became quiet and presumed "exercised destroyed". The
HFGCS frequencies remained active with some SKYMASTER activity and then
quiet.

[1724z+/-: GOODRICH entered his long term racetrack orbit.]

The HFGCS would sometimes become active with MAINSAIL a time or two stating
"LAST CALLER. SIMULATED NO CONTACT."  (Does this take the place of telling
them "exercise destroyed" that they have done for many years)?

While it was quiet on the HFGCS the discrete USN frequencies were active
with USN trigraphs broadcasting EAM strings, most of which were received
after the apparent exercise destruction of the HFGCS ground stations.

One of the active frequencies was 13450.0 with 9RX and maybe one other. 94X
would sometimes alternate between a male and a female operator. Their
transmission times conformed with h+10/h+40 (associated with LANT).

I don't believe this is close to complete but examples of their message
traffic (much of which is listed with preambles only due to audio
conditions):

1940z: 94X; GVMRZ6; 38 characters; contains the doublet/quad/10 block
common to this GV series character count. And, as discovered by @neetintel,
it's a string originally broadcast on the HFGCS on 18 Aug 25 at 1718z by
the NCS, REST CAMP.

2005z: 9RX; R2SF4S; "244 characters". When this was repeated it was at a
fast pacing which is not "normal" on USN frequencies during these events.

2017z: SE4RSP (missing a character in my transcription).

2040z: 9RX; R2SF4S; "244 characters" (as read, 202 characters; it's the 202
character string from 17 Aug 25).

2105z+/-: DEDICATE worked MAINSAIL to "enter the net" (did he leave and
come back?). MAINSAIL and DEDICATE went back and for on whether this was
"real world or exercise."  It was weak and often unreadable to me, but it
appeared that he entered the net around that time. However...
