0012z: HEADGATE with communications test count.

0814z: DUMPLING (NCS); X5OGJ6; 166 characters; P3.

Reformatted to demonstrate conformity with the formatting of previous 166
character strings. Previous 166 character strings apparently have a 55
character ending block following the final quad in the string. Visually,
the strings immediately show placement conformity of the doublets contained
within each string (with variations that themselves give the appearance of
consistency when they happen). Arbitrarily separate the final 9 characters
(to conform to a "9 character ending block") and that 9 character block is
always preceded by a doublet. Focused on the doublets, arbitrarily break
the 46 characters at the doublets (with consistent exceptions) and the
6-6-16-8-10-9 pattern below is consistent from string to string. That
16-chacter block may be coincidental or not as such blocks are common in
many strings of high character counts.
