Reformatted to compare with previous known 246 character strings. It
broadly "conforms" but it contains a deviation from previous logged 246
character strings. The structure of the first 39 characters after the
preamble differ from previous logged examples of 246 character strings
[lacks a quad.]

The 16 character block common to most longer strings in this group changes
locations when compared to the 18 Oct 25 example (after the 5th
22-character block); and against logs previous to the October string (after
the 4th 22-chacter block).
