0005z 25 Jul 25

UTC 24 Jul 25:

The 1600z+ NCS activity on the HFGCS was conducted in DSB, with the
LSB side appearing to be noticeably/significantly weaker, yet the LSB voice
audio seemed superior/clearer to the USB side. There appeared to be an LSB
component at other times but at noise floor levels in the waterfall if
there at all. MAINSAIL comms did not appear to be in DSB.

0017z: BOAT DOCK with communication test count.
0018z: BOAT DOCK with test count.
[USSTRATCOM CP]

0218z: HATHAWAY (E6B; suspected old day CUE STICK) called and raised
PARASITE (NCS) to exit the net.
0229z: HATHAWAY exited the net.
[BURNS 34 was at TRAVIS]

0231z: OUTCURVE (E6B) called and raised PARASITE and requested to enter the
net.
0236Z: During the challenge back and forth, PARASITE, in addition to normal
formal responses, added the following question to her response: "What is
"rye-point (sounds like) callsign?" and then into normal response. No
apparent response to that particular question. I'm unfamiliar with that
term.

0238z: OURCURVE entered the net.

0658z: OUTCURVE (weak) called PARASITE to exit the net.
0706z: OUTCURVE exited the net.
