raised MAINSAIL (to LAST CALLER); and responded to MAINSAIL with "Have you
loud and clear." Nothing after. He sounded like he was using a CONUS site
much like RED RIVER last year making a call that sounded like it was local
to the UTwente SDR (when trans Atlantic comms were heard but in the noise
floor around it.)
