2333z: MAINSAIL
End of UTC day.
========
For consideration, look at the 0545z - 0624z traffic window and its
contents. It sticks out because it is on a day that was otherwise "traffic
quiet." Then look at the active traffic windows beginning at around
0500z+/- through 0900z from UTC Friday 21 Nov onward, and the contents of
those windows. The 23rd was "quiet" but otherwise the 27th appears to
"fit" it that possible transmission pattern. Then take it back through the
end of Global Thunder. There are other days with occasional activity in
what is otherwise "normally" a quiet time of the clock that might fit that
pattern.
