[MilCom] 11175.0 USB UTwente SDR: SKYMASTER event

11175.0 USB was active at 0230z with SAINT (sounds like; or FAKE; or
similarly) 11 calling SKYMASTER. Weak/in the noise floor. UTwente SDR.

0234z: SAINT 11 called SKYMASTER and passed in the blind "two messages of 4
items."
Message one: 3FOA time (muiffled)(muffled); I say again.
Message one: FOA; time 2721 WHISKY HOTEL. He appeared to drop the "3".
A second message (group) was not heard.
