[2256z+/- 26 Sep 25: ? AFFA2D E6B launched from TRAVIS northbound, the
turned west toward the coast over northern California and dropped off ADSB
mapping sites. Presumed TACAMO PAC/post 0000z TEST PROD]

A very quiet Saturday. The only message traffic was for the common TACAMO
PAC mission at 0144z. It was so silent the day was noticeable mostly for
its prominent test count sessions.

0017z: WINDFALL (presumed E6B; unknown otherwise) called ROYAL ARK (NCS).
0019z: WINDFALL called and raised ROYAL ARK. Lost the signal in the noise
floor.
[11175.0 UTwente SDR. Both very weak; assume CONUS.]

0129z: OFFUTT with test count.

0144z: CORNCRIB (presumed AFDAA4 MIGRATE/FAST TIME returning from RAMSTEIN
by was of stopover at PAX RIVER) called ROYAL ARK and raised MAINSIAL and
requested to exit the net.
0147z: CORNCRIB exited the net.
[AFDAA4 was approaching TINKER at the time of the connection.

0151z: WEST COAST with test count.
0152z: LAJES with test count.

1732z: WEST COAST with test count.
1733z: ANDERSON with test count.
1734z: LAJES with test count (UTwente SDR).

1825z: CORNCRIB called and raised MAINSAIL to exit the net but they were
unable to make solid contact (NCS cuts out).

raised MAINSAIL and requested current message traffic. Told none and gone.

2105z: WEST COAST with test count.
2109z: MAINSAIL with test count.
2111z: OFFUTT with test count.

2202z: TINKER MAINTENANCE called ANY STATION.
2203z: TINKER MAINTENANCE called ANY STATION and raised ROYAL ARK for an
exchange of signal checks, and gone.

[2302z: ? AF6BEE E6B launched from TRAVIS

2304z: TEST PROD (presumed AF6BEE) called and raised ROYAL ARC. Exchanged
signal checks but then went quiet.

Speaking of test counts...

The Saturday log makes obvious the mostly static time windows for the daily
test counts, at least over the recent past:

(=/- = 60 minutes; mostly on the "+' side of the hour).

0100z+/-
0500z+/- (not as noticeable on the SDRs in use).
1300z+/-
1700z+/-
2100z+/-
Plus often within 15 minutes prior to the turn of the UTC day at 0000z.
