restoral and VLF work; and then return to the coast and central ARKANSAS at
the turn of the UTC new day.]

[1716z: AEC6AC E6B launched from TINKER and flew just northeast of TINKER
to enter a brief racetrack orbit at 27000 feet; then back to just south of
TINKER/TULSA to enter a long-term east/west loop and lines pattern at
altitude before finally returning to TINKER. I suspect it was burning UHF
digital WBFM during those orbits.]
