[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - SKYMASTER exercise has begun

     11175.0 became active after 2000z (2005z+) with SALE/SAIL 12 (sounds
like; female operator) calling SKYMASTER and passing a 4-element group.
Acknowledged by FARMBOY (E6B out of PAX RIVER 1908z) currently over the
Atlantic east of the Carolinas' coast enroute to his orbit area. The LANT
players sometimes propagate into western Europe during these exercises.
