The CHILL 11 FLIGHT activity at 1009z/1854z triggered something from the
late 60s/early 70s: "ARC LIGHT."
No E6B activity visible on ADSB mapping sites.
No 30 character P1 strings logged during the UTC day.
I4 series activity at 1933z/2033z. First such I4 series since 27 Feb 26.
Quiet.
0024z: STICKLER (or sounds like) with communications test count.
0026z: STICKLER with communications test count.
[USSTRATCOM CP]
0828z: DEER TAG (NCS) called and raised KEYHOLE (Common Beep/pop at start
of comm for such stations; weak on California SDR 4724.0; suspected 60 Hz
power supply suggesting CP, USN non-aviation asset, or?) responding with a
"loud and clear." A connectivity check.
0829z: Weaker (presumed) KEYHOLE with a "loud and clear" in the noise floor
of the SDR.
0836z: KIND LADY (presumed E6B) called and raised MAINSAIL to exit the net;
"on 8992" but simulcasting on 4724 (good levels on California SDR; weak on
east coast SDR).
0842z: KIND LADY exited the net

1009z: CHILL 11 FLIGHT called ANY TANKER; 11175.0 UTwente SDR.
1009z: CHILL 11 FLIGHT called ANY TANKER.
1011z: CHILL 11 called BLUE 94 FLIGHT.

1854z: CHILL 11 called RED RIVER once on 11175.0 with no known response.
Good levels on an east coast SDR.

2239z: SKULL 23 called ANY RADIO.
2240z: SKULL 23 called ANY RADIO.
2250z: Something 24 called MUDBUG (spoken rapidly and too weak to have
clear ID).
Quiet.
