0317z: TICK TOCK (presumed E6B) called and raised MAINSAIL to enter the net.
0321z: TICK TOCK entered the net.
[TICK TOCK (female operator) was barely readable on an east coast SDR; not
heard on a west coast SDR. Not seen on ADSB mapping sites.]
