[Milsurplus] PP-3700 Power Supply

Does anyone know what pins on the PP-3700 Power Supply (PRC-41) I can hook up 
115vac to? I just got the power supply and it does not have a power cable for 
the AC input. It looks like a six pin Canon connector but I don't have a clue 
as to which pins I should connect to.
