[Milsurplus] Replacing Japanese WW2 tubes

Has anyone experience of replacing WW2 Japanese tubes with ones more easily  
obtained. 
 
I have a need to replace UF-109A, UF-134, UZ-135 and UY-133
 
Looking through various web sites it might be possible to use 
type 33 or 34 for UF-134,
type 33 for UY-133
type 1A6, 1C6 for UZ-135
 
and I'm still looking for a replacement for UF-109A though its only a  
battery volt triode.
 
But, if anyone has already done this, please let me know the outcome.
