{EXCERPT} This just came in from my WW2 buddy, Arnold Franco, who wrote 
Code to Victory, about our radio intelligence outfit in the Ninth Air 
Force. He and I were both cryptanalysts in Det. A. At the 60th 
anniversary of D-Day Arnie was awarded a Legion d'Honneur medal which I 
also wld have received if I had been able to go. This is a piece of
