OA-65-A/MRC2, "top half" of a dual diversity lashup as Robert mentioned.
Receiving side of the MRC-2 system.

Two modified BC-342s mounted one above the other and lashed together so that
the high frequency oscillator in the upper or "A" receiver also drove the
lower "B" receiver. This was done by means of an "O-59" chassis mounted on the
back of the two receivers containing a two stage (6AK6 and 6C4) isolating
amplifier. The receivers were modified to include connectors which mated to the
O-59 unit through cutouts in the backs of the cabinets. Other modifications
included bringing the IF from both receivers out to BNC connectors on the front
panels (can be seen on the far right side of the eBay unit) and other mods to
the "A" (master) receiver were including to improve frequency stability.
New power supplies were also developed for both receivers which included an 0A2
regulator for the receiver's oscillator, screen and BFO circuits.
