[Milsurplus] OT: History Channel Faux Pas

The History Channel has started a "History Club" and has sent out
mailers, asking people to join.  The mailer includes a "gift"-
a cute little key ring charm in the shape of a diving eagle.
I hope they aren't sending this same "gift" to their European 
mailing list.... 
Does anyone besides me recognize where our Chinese friends
got the pattern to make these little eagles?:
