[Milsurplus] Higgins PT Boats (and summer reading list)

Hello everyone,
  I too have an interest in this topic since one of my great uncles 
(deceased) commanded a PT boat in the PTO.I never got to hear much 
about it though except I recall him refering to "a Hiiggins boat" once.
