here's a hint i received from a USPS employee in a distribution
center who was searching for my lost USPS m.o.'s that were sent
in a USPS small priority envelope - he told me to NEVER use the
small official USPS priority envelopes (neither the windowed one,
nor the non-windowed one) as they sometimes got stuck in the bottom
of mail bags (the bags used to ship large quantities of mail via
plane, NOT the postman's bags) - he said to always use the large 
official USPS priority envelopes, less chance of them getting lost.
