[Milsurplus] FL-15/U filter

This unit has been on my shelf for years and I'd like to make it available to 
a green radio enthusiast.

Dimensions are 8" X 4" X 4," with mounting flanges on the 8" dimension and PL 
259 sockets on each end (one identified with "relay" scratched into the 
paint).

The unit is thoroughly "buttoned up" with lots of screws affixing the top to 
the case (black crackle finish). Case is solid w/o dents but lotsa scratches.
