[Milsurplus] Help transformer ID

Looks like a push-pull output transformer to line. Single 6SN& or pair of 6J5 tubes to 200-500 Ohm line. Sounds like spares for the BC-614 Speech Amp or similar application. 73, DeWitt  N4QNX

In my stash of stuff I found these 2 new boxed potted AF transformers.
They are 1.187" square x 2" tall, 2.3" including terminals.
On transformer:  FTR  GH-1202-2
On box:
    Stock No.  2Z9632.585
    Transformer, A.F.
    S.C. Order No. 18130-PH-51-23NY
    Contract item N0. 41

6 terminals:
Res terminal 1->2  307 Ω
                        2->3  348 Ω
                        1->3  652 Ω
                        4->5  9.4 Ω
                        5->6  10.3 Ω
                        4->6  19.8 Ω
OK, what am I?
