[Milsurplus] Maker L.S.D. ?

It seems to depend upon how the original nameplate was attached.

I think this is the first LSD tag I ever saw on a BC-191/375 TU.  I must 
have nearly 100 TU's and I don't recall any of them having a depot tag.
