PBS's? "Antiques Roadshow" (another substanceless TV show funded by our
tax dollars) had just now, an HPD 200D audio oscillator signed by Messers.
Hewett and Packard in what appears to be magic marker (making the signatures
suspect) as the first 200 came out in 1939, was just appraised at around
$2K, but because of the signatures the appraiser thought it was worth over
$10K. Ha!

I just happened to notice it as I was channel surfing, and I didn't really
pay a lot of attention, but that's the gist of what I thought I heard.

Do I hear a mad rush to eBay?
