John,

That is that standard TCS shipboard remote NT-23270 or 23270-A (where "NT" 
would actually be "COL", "CIH", etc.).  One was supplied on most Navy 
contracts.  Contracts in support of MZ or MZ-1 or the amtracs may have had a 
similar but slightly different one.  If you call the panel with the GK-9-32S 
connector and the phone jacks the bottom, the nameplate should be on the top.  
The handset was not shipped with the remote, although the grommeted hole 
would have been there.
