Keep up the work Chuck!
This maybe a bit morbid .... I would rather give a NOS or Near NOS set
to as project that may or will use the item as intended. That is
cool. could you imagine having a Ham working real B17 radios on the
ground with the dynamotors humming and radios crackling as in times gone
by! What a thrill. How many fly-ins I have seen where the radios are
silent or worse yet empty hollow hulks. Now if it happens that a the
Aircraft, Vehicle, or Boat meets an untimely end well so be it. A far
worse fate may await your NOS items upon your passing ..... Sold to
bidder ..... How would you prefer your equipment go out?-} Me I would
prefer flaming, sinking or crashing; than to the auction hammer or
worse. I wish I could afford to move out there and work on projects
like these .....
