[Milsurplus] Connector for RCA AVR 20A

That's exactly what I have found. The connector on the receiver is a
a 91-MC4M. I bought what I'm sure was a 91-MC4F from Allied in 1966
to go with my first AVR-20-A1 that I bought for $1 from a local junk
store in Arkansas. Allied still carries some of these connector types.

There is a pdf data file there with details.
*Some* AVA-126 vibrator power supplies had a matching 91-PC4F panel connector.
I can't recall how I found the correct connector to order. The internet
wasn't too useful in 1966. :-)
