It does indeed have a surplus wobulator- from an APN-1 radar altimeter, not the APS-13 '"tail end charlie". The APS-13 used pulse modulation, not FM. The item offered is a homebrew sweep and marker generator for practising a 99.9% extinct art- aligning the tuner and IF in analog television receivers. I remember seeing the article and instructions to build it in an ancient Radio & TV technical magazine.
