[Milsurplus] Looking for part for PP-4763

One thing leads to another. A seemingly simple
project turns out differently.

I needed to replace the plug on the power cord
for this supply, and in the process found the
neutral shorted to ground.

Turns out the RFI filter (A6Z3) is the culprit.
Both neutral and hot lines are shorted to ground,
but a previous owner had rewired the hot side to
bypass.

So, anyone have a parts unit PP-4763 that can
give up its RFI filter? Only part numbers I
can come up with are GF-7390-1(which apparently
is also a part number for a Caterpillar tractor,
according to DuckDuckGo) and SM-D-633343, which
I think is a Signal Corps drawing number.

This is a large rectangular can mounted on
the back panel, and is the RFI filter for
both the AC line, and DC output.

Then in the process I discovered a blown up
resistor in the crowbar, so the crowbar has
been nonfunctional.

Power supply works, and has been in my
shop for over 20 years (a gift from
Buzz Mueller, another SK fondly remembered).
Never noticed any problems from the lack of
an RFI filter, but would like to restore this
back to stock if I can.

Thanks
