[Milsurplus] Oddball test set on the evil auction site.

Basically, it it a tuning indicator or RF field strength meter, part of Test
Equipment RC-70-A


RC-70-A was used with radar sets SCR-270 and SCR-271.

SCR-270-A was a portable early warning set.

SCR-271-A was the fixed version. 

The eBay listing says that the ad was canceled due to an "error in the
listing".  Which probably means that it was sold direct for more money.
