[Milsurplus] SCR-694 / BC-1306 TRC-2 power cord question

I have a CX-75/TRC-2 power cable, the 50 foot  cable from the G-50A to the TRC-2 radios, either BC-1306 or TRC-2.
Contacts 55, 58 on the plugs are not carried thru, are open.
Can this cable be used with GRC-9 and gas engine gen ?
I do not know at present what pins 55, 58 do, but if i have to, i will study the manuals and learn it.
