[Milsurplus] Transmitter ID ??

Looks a lot like Continental Electronics layout, although they did not do sloped front meter panels. They did and still do a lot of broadcast and short wave transmitters.

There are two of them in the photo with a keyer sending "NQM" in the middle.

Any guess as to manufacturer? model?
