Hi,

I was deep digging in my garage and pulled out what I had been assuming was
a low-voltage transformer. On cleaning I found the terminals labelled
0-115-190-200-210-220-230-240-250 with continuity all the way through. It
looks to be in the 500W class. On removing it from the steel box it was
roughly cobbled into, I spotted the Navy anchor stamp.

It strikes me as something to run 115V equipment off of a
not-well-controlled 220V supply. I can see in my mind's eye three of these
things in a row on a bulkhead, perhaps to bring the 3-phase ship's power
down to 115V

No nomenclature I can find.

Has anyone run across something like this?
