[Premium-Rx] WJ-8711A-3 reset?

I have a WJ-8711A-3. The display say V01.00.03 on power up. I'm guessing
this is non-standard firmware since it's not 04.01.XX.

Does anyone know how to reset this receiver? Holding CE down while
turning the power on doesn't seem to do anything special.

I ask because recently the front panel has stopped responding to button
pushes, though otherwise it seems OK (all the right lights light, and
the receiver produces audio). I'm wondering if a reset would help.
Power-on plus CE didn't work even when the buttons were all working.
