[R-390] TM 11-4000

I know I have a copy - I dont remember if I scanned it or not, and I 
havent found it on any of my CDs.

Its not on the R390 CD,  or the Addendum CD (at least not on v1.10)

I have it, but it probably has not been scanned by me or edited.  I 
do remember it being a beast in size.
