Hi List:

    While searching for "spooks" this afternoon, I ran across the following
UNID target:

//Found at 2114z on 16828m.  Repeats the same thing approximately every 41
seconds//

DE LZW LZW (repeats again in 41 seconds)

//He is still up and sending at this time//

    Does anyone have an ID on this station?  I do not think he is a spook.
Maybe some sort of marker?
