[Spooks] The Cubans are at a loss for words!

Hi List:

    I don't know if many of you have noticed, but since a week ago 
Wednesday, the Cubans have been repeating quite a few message more than the 
normal three days.
    By checking past logs, it is readily apparent that the Cubans haven't 
had much to say since Wednesday last week.  Some of the message numbers are 
being repeated now for the seventh time.  This is not the norm, as three 
times is the usual length a message will be broadcast.  It is a rare thing, 
but does occasionally happen.  Earlier this year, they recycled some message 
nine times!  That is a record.
    Cuban traffic was scarce to nil last Sunday and Monday.  This was 
probably due to hurricane Wilma.  Traffic seems to be back to normal now.
