[Spooks] V2c changes format to V2a

Hi List:

    I have been noticing the past week that the 0900z/1000z daily V2c sked 
has been using the time/freq slots for V2a format broadcasts.
    I have not observed this with the 1700z - 2200z V2c skeds.
    Has anyone else observed this?
    Possibly, the later skeds may change also.
