[Spooks] Slow motion AM voice? 4818.292 KHz

I think I'm looking at the entire thread in Gmail. It looks like the
initial post was from November 2019 and no details ever emerged.

I'm wondering how slow was "slow"? Like 10x or 1000x? I would imagine the
latter wouldn't be recognisable as speech, but I really don't know.
